Artwork Availability & Pricing

All artworks displayed on www.fungcapsarts.com are sold by Essud Fungcap and are subject to availability. Prices are available upon request and may change without notice.

 

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed via email. Your order is not finalized until payment is received in full.

 

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before shipment. Accepted methods include:

• Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, etc.)

• Zelle

• Pay Pal

• Venmo

• Credit Card via invoice

 

All applicable transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Artworks are shipped from New York City. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon shipment. Shipping fees, insurance, and tracking will be provided upon inquiry or included in the invoice.

 

Title & Ownership

Legal title and ownership transfer to the buyer once payment is received in full.

 

Taxes & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, customs duties, or import fees for international shipments.

 

Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may not be cancelled once payment has been processed. Modifications are only accepted at the discretion of the artist prior to payment.
